Plateau

Hi Everyone, I have been at the same weight now for over a month. I am 5 foot 4 inches and weigh 52 Kg and don't really have much more to lose. I am breastfeeding and mostly eating these calories back. I exercise at least 30-45 mins cardio 5-6 times a week plus additional walking I try and eat most calories back but generally have 200-400 left at the end of the day and the reason for this is I am conscious that I often am over the sugar and fat so if that's over I won't eat any more calories. I know I am probably not drinking enough water too, do you think this would stop me from losing weight or could it be something else?

Without seeing your diary, my first reaction is that you are at towards the lower end of a healthy weight for your height, I would guess that your body is at a weight where you would have to make unhealthy choices to lose any more. x

Sounds about right to me!!! I think focusing more on strength training/toning etc and not losing any more actual "weight" is what you need to be working on. Try changing how your body looks/your body composition instead of making the number on the scale go down. At your height and weight it seems at this point as the above poster said, you would have to starve yourself to lose anymore.
