Hi all,
I am a 29 mother of 3 who has been struggling to drop my excessive amounts of baby weight since the birth of my 3rd child 1year ago. I have lost weight and kept it off after my 1st 2 children and i am determined to do it again!
I would like to lose 20kg by christmas, 10 by my.30th which is the end of june.
Wish me luck and feel free to add me as a friend if your journey is similar or simply if you just love to support and motivate others on their journey!
