Recipe ideas to make daily calorie goal.

I'm new here. I can't figure out what to eat during the day. I'm eating the same thing over and over. It's getting old. We do different dinners everyday except one. I get the message I'm under my calorie intake. Any suggestions? I get very little exersize right now and hope I can get some in soon, Drs say possible asthma. If you want add me as a friend feel free.

    check out budgetbytes.com i have yet to make a bad meal from that website, and it's all easy and affordable. plud the recipe in myfitnesspal's recipe builder, and you're set.

    you can find lots of recipes on pinterest and cooking blogs.. plus, you can search them by ingredient..
    i myself have compiled a bunch of healthy recipes for my own reference when i want to try something new.. most of the recipes from pinterest and few blogs are pretty delicious..

    but yes, my lunch and dinner usually consist of carbs, meats and veges.. rice, pasta, bread or noodles..and whichever veges or meat dish that goes really well with my lunch..
