Hi what are some workouts to do at home?

    I love running, but not when it's cold. Instead I alternate speed rope, burpees, planks, push ups, and squats. I try to spend at least an hour with minimal breaks in between sets.

    Check out the Sworkit app- I customized a workout for myself with exercises that I'm actually able to do & enjoy... Plus, they've already got the "calories burned" stuff figured out for each exercise & total it up for you after your workout...

    Blogilates on YouTube has some great stuff too..
