Fitbit not showing exercising calories?

I'm wondering why my Fitbit won't show me the calories I'm burning?
It shows my steps...

    Do you have it synced to the bluetooth connection. Sometimes I have to turn the wifi off on my phone too.

    Oh yes I have Bluetooth on but my wifi is on too...

    If it's showing steps, that sounds like it's syncing. Do you have negative adjustments enabled? If you go to the Exercise tab, do you see a Fitbit calorie adjustment there?

    If so, click on the small i next to that and you should see details for the calorie burn your Fitbit is sending to MFP.
