    First of all, congratulations on the hard work you've put in to reach such a loss! That's awesome! Secondly, I agree whole heartedly with your attitude! Slow and healthy steps are the way to go for long term success. It's a marathon without an end, not a race. There will be losses, but also maybe little gains and plateaus. You will reach your goal and develop a healthier lifestyle along the way! Way to go! You're an inspiration.
