Polar calorie adjustment in MFP

Hi all. If I am pairing my polar loop with mfp do I still have to enter my exercise manually or does my polar calorie adjustment automatically account for the calories burned during my workout? I hope that makes sense lol

    No, set MFP to Sedentary because the Polar Loop will automatically adjust your calories.
