I'm interested in buying a fitness tracker and I'm not sure what I'm looking for. I'm afraid to eat back exercise calories because I've over estimated in the past and not lost weight. I'm looking for something reliable. If you have a HR monitor or a pedometer, tell me what you have and what you like/dislike about it. Include any advice you might have.

    Fit bit love it tracks everything.l, only issue I have noticed is the heart rate sometimes does not match up. When im on a machine and I check my heart rate with it and the fitbit, the fitbit jumps around sometimes. Other than that it's pretty spot on with sleep and steps and calories
