Bad habits

I have so many habits of munching and snacking during the day. I also have a huge sweet tooth....help me break the cycle! 10 pounds!

    Hi. I'm the same. Constantly eating junk and sugary snacks. Like biscuits and flapjacks and crisps. And pizza and chips and cheese. The list of unhealthy food is endless. Want to help motivate each other?

    Once a week, pick one thing to change out, or one thing to drop from your diet and just slowly start making changes. You can do it!

    I hear ya! Try cutting lots of veggies and eating them with hummus

    whenever I feel like a snack that I shouldn't have, I pull up MFP on my phone and look at all my awesome friends and that gives me the willpower to skip it (or grab something healthy) :-)
