Hi, I've just joined and was looking to make some friends.

I've lost 8kgs without the app and my goal is to lose another 10kgs with the help of the app.

I've never counted kilojoules before. It's very interesting to see what I'm putting in my body on a day to day basis.

Progress has been slow. I'm not entirely sure what to do but I'm keen to learn.
