I just started using my fitness pal two weeks ago, I am really bad with working out how many calories things have so it is very helpful, since I started using it I have gone down from 175lbs to 170.2 and that is only watching my calorie intake not even added in exercise yet as I have not felt up to exercising lately, my short term goal is to get down to 160 by 5th March which is my 40th birthday and me and the hubby are going to Paris for a few days, my long term goal is to get down to around 135lbs which I think is a healthy weight for my height of 5'1

If anyone has any hints and tips they will be gratefully received as I am still a newbie to all this
