Hi,

Most of my workouts are after 8pm & I would like to know if anyone can help me. When should I eat dinner? When I get home or have an early dinner?

Thanks:)

Whenever you want. Some peeps cannot eat right before bed because of acid reflux.

    Up to you.

Personally I would have a snack an hour or two before and then my main meal after working out but that's just me.

Thank you. I can't eat before and feel odd eating after 9pm. Wasn't sure if it was going to effect my weightloss.

When you eat you will neither help or nor hinder your weight loss.

Timing doesn't matter for weight loss. Just stick to your calorie deficit.

    At dinner time.

Maybe just a protein shake or smoothie will be a better option on the late nights. Your choice sometime before or after if preferred.
  • Yup, as others have said, whenever you want; the only thing that matters with meal timing is preference - whatever helps you adhere to a deficit - and making sure you're eating appropriately to fuel workouts. I typically don't eat dinner before 8 or 9pm, and have a bedtime snack after that and it has not and will not adversely impact my weight loss.
