Leaning out!

Hi MFP!

Started walking my newly-adopted dog on lengthy walks, then jogs, in November 2014. We walked or jogged over 250 miles last year. Did some bicycling. Ate without regard for calories. I did four 5Ks in 2015 with 11:45-12:00 paces. Had two surgeries and lazy, poor diet recovery periods as well. Ended up 10-11 pounds heavier than where I started in November 2014.

December 2015, I started counting calories with MFP again, and focusing on my macros. I also started lifting dumbbells at home, while mixing in long dogwalk days. (And I feel SO much better than when I was doing semi intensive cardio 4-6 days a week.)

I've dropped about 10 pounds in the past four weeks. A shirt I bought in December 2014 that was too tight in the chest, fits perfectly today, just in time for a dinner date tomorrow.
