Hi All

Just started this 3 weeks ago, I have 3 kids 6, 3 & 1. I managed to bounce back with my first 2, but I'm needing more help this time. My natural weight is around 9st 8, I'm currently at 10st 8. I'm calorie counting for the first time & working out 4 times a week. 2 body pump classes and 2 gym (30 mins running or cycling followed by weights). So far so good, I've lost about 4lbs but need help to keep going!! Any friends are welcome!
