I'm a Vegetarian.
I'm 21.
I'm a healthy weight.
I'm a housekeeper.
I'm a college student.
I'm a runner.
I'm a weightlifter.

I don't drink soda and try to limit my candy/chocolate and watch my sugar intake. Why am I suddenly so gassy?

I read the title as "so sassy"....I need to go back to bed.

But in all seriousness, has anything else changed lately? Are you working out at the same time, eating at the same time, did you switch to a different brand of X food...anything?

I peeked at your diary. Yesterday you age a whopping 44 grams of fiber. High fiber will cause flatulence. 25grams a day is recommended. 42 grams a day is my limit or I have to sleep in another room.

Many people do find, though, that their body can adjust to higher fiber in the diet. 25 grams is a minimum and people can experience discomfort if they go above this. But it can, for some people, subside. I get 40-50 grams of fiber a day and I don't have any issues.

OP, try stepping back on the fiber and increasing it gradually. Are you a newer vegetarian? Many new vegetarians or vegans experience this but are able to comfortably eat more fiber as they adjust.

How long have you been vegetarian?
Statistics show (and I'm for real) that vegetarians experience more flatulence.
