Hi all :)

I'm new to this site and very curious to see what benefit being on a forum would be to my weight loss ( and my motivation!). Unfortunately I've always been the typical yo yo dieter, however, I'm trying everything in my power to now make a sustainable weight loss. I plan on keeping the foods I've always loved just eating them in moderation. I don't plan depriving myself or cutting any food group out as I believe this will eventually fuel a dreaded binge and a continuous cycle of unhealthy eating.

Fortunately I love exercise, so hopefully this will allow me to lose the weight whilst making small and permanent changes. My plan is to consume 1,600- 1,800 cals a day whilst doing 45mins to an hour of a mix of cardio and strength training.

I hope to see results on a way of eating which is less torturous than my past endeavours :) Something that I can live with and be happy in the process off..
