So I got two packs of tofu dogs on sale at the grocery store and now I'm looking for ways to prepare them, past just eating them plain. I don't really eat bread (I just kinda don't like it), so I don't want to buy buns for them, and I'm not really sure what would work with tofu dogs. Most of what I eat is vegetables, fruit, and proteins (I'm not vegetarian or vegan), pretty clean but with no hard and fast restrictions. I don't really like "pre-made" or boxed food from the center aisles, but I eat stuff like brown rice, milk, that kind of stuff...
One set of dogs is like fake bratwurst and the other is chorizo. Any thoughts?

A saute with cabbage and with potatoes (mashed or cubed) is the first thing I think of with bratwurst.
These soyrizo stuffed poblano peppers are pretty good and freeze well so you can just grab a pepper whenever.
You can also make some kind of hash like this Chorizo kale sweet potato hash0 -
Mmmmm, I make a sweet potato/spinach hash like that one that the chorizo would go perfect in! Thanks!0
