Hello, So I am new to all of this. I talked to a nutritionist on base and I told her that I want to feel healthier so we looked at my diet and she said it isn't to bad but suggested more protein to loose fat and gain muscle along with working out of course, and I got a work out plan from her as well. And she told me that this site is the best to track what your input and output with food and exercise. I have been using it for a couple days now and I really like it.
