Need more info. What weight are you striving for? Current weight? When you say you started with extreme calorie intake I assume you are an accomplished bodybuilder as this method is not recommended for most.

3200 is not an extreme amount...I just came off a bulk where I was getting about 3300 to 3400 a day ...

    3200 is not a lot.

That can be done in 2 meals from Burger King or McDonalds. If you're having trouble, eats your fats and calorie dense food, or blend your food into a shake (oats, whole milk, nut butters, bananas, protein powder is optional, any flavors you like).

Already take 2shakes of nitrotech on gym days and i do eat 3 big meals and 2 snacks bmr would be 1700 which means my body's metabolism is high and i need to increase proper intake of carbs and not only fats which is not proper weight gain

its not my job to plan out your month...

you need to get food from nutrient dense sources like chicken, fish, rice, vegetables, etc, and then once micros and macros are met mix in calorie dense foods like bagels, pasta, oreos, ice cream, etc....
