Started with the extreme calorie intake any suggestions?

No i already have a 6 pack i want some muscle gains (187cm 77kg) what do u think i take 2 scoops of nitrotech but im not able to squeeze in lots of food heres the challenge...0

Need more info. What weight are you striving for? Current weight? When you say you started with extreme calorie intake I assume you are an accomplished bodybuilder as this method is not recommended for most.

3200 is not an extreme amount...I just came off a bulk where I was getting about 3300 to 3400 a day ...0 -

3200 is not an extreme amount...I just came off a bulk where I was getting about 3300 to 3400 a day ...

That can be done in 2 meals from Burger King or McDonalds. If you're having trouble, eats your fats and calorie dense food, or blend your food into a shake (oats, whole milk, nut butters, bananas, protein powder is optional, any flavors you like).0 -
3200 - extreme for 80kg guy, come on. Teens are eating 6-7k nowadays ..0

its not my job to plan out your month...
you need to get food from nutrient dense sources like chicken, fish, rice, vegetables, etc, and then once micros and macros are met mix in calorie dense foods like bagels, pasta, oreos, ice cream, etc....
