Depends on the standpoint from which we're talking.
    Legally-18
Physically-when puberty hit me, though I don't remember how old I was at the time.
Mentally-I'm still not there yet! I'll let you know when that happens.

20 Twenty was harder for me than 30, 40 or 50. 20 was huge. Not a teenager anymore.

    18. That's when I moved out of my moms, had to work and pay bills. I mean I was doing that all when I was 16 but I moved out when I was 18, so I guess then.

I bought my own car when I was 19, moved out on my own, paid my own bills, worked, and took care of myself with zero help from any family members. I wasn't an adult, but I acted like one.

I am just hoping to get there some day.

    Seriously, I don't adult well.

As far as mature responsibility, that depends on the person.

Probably only in the last year. So 25 or 26.
Not even sure what changed. Maybe it was going from splitting bills 50/50 with a roommate to splitting them 95/5 with a girlfriend?

Probably when I found myself holding an AIM 9 Sidewinder missile underneath the wing of an F/A-18 Hornet. Grew up pretty quick that day.
