I've been awful the last two days at actually logging. I have thought about what I've eaten but haven't logged it. Back on track tomorrow0

I wasn't as consistent over the weekend as I often am. It surprises me because I thought I was really good at logging food, but this challenge made me realize maybe not-so-much. The good news is I do feel like I'm better at evaluating portions/what's healthy/what's not. The past week-10 days I haven't gained any weight even though there have been many restaurant meals and or lazy grazing. (Haven't lost any either)0
