Dear Ladies,

Im speaking to all Tall Girls out here! I am almost 6' or 183cm tall and 81kg heavy atm.
Not too fat but also not satisfied with my weight. Since 3 Years I am struggeling with my eating habits and I am fighting with gaining weight. No longer!
I want to start a Tall Girl Challenge to find some soulsisters :smile:

Well, whats the Challenge about? Its not difficult
Its just eating 12 Days with a 300kcal deficit and doing in this 12 Days 3x some cardio and weightlifting. The essential? Writing your journey in here.

Ever searched someone to motivate? Someone similar in weight and tallness?
