Round Two!

Hey, everybody. I'm a 29 year old single mother of two who is trying to lose some weight while building muscle mass, strength, and range of motion.

I was on MFP several years ago faithfully logging/tracking. I found the food logging to be extremely beneficial, and I also really enjoyed the community.

Unfortunately, I slid off course after some major life changes. I never completely went back to my old, horrible habits (I had learned too much!) but I did stop logging and gained a few of the pounds back.

A few months ago, I started logging again, became more dedicated to my strength training, and got back on track. Now I'd like to reconnect with some old friends and make some new ones!

    Congrats!!! Keeping routine is one of the biggest keys that so many of us fail at. This app is fantastic and it looks like you've used it well! Your health for you and your two kids is of the upmost importance. Keep it up and I'll be cheering you on!! :D:D
