Interested to see how much this is going to help me with losing weight and being more healthy. Like the idea of being able to keep track on calories and how much food/crap I am putting in to my body.

if you are truthful, and log everything, and stay within your calorie goal, it'll work, even if you eat 'crap'

I won't lie, really want to loose weight. But think it'll make me realise just how much I junk eat.0
