Hiya, I'm new here so excuse the probably most asked question!!...
Do I have to eat all my calorie allowance? I'm not talking the exercise ones but the normal alloted ones mfp allows??
I've noticed the last few days I've not quite hit it by around 1 or 200 so will this slow down weightloss?? Thanks xx

How many calories is your goal, and what is your weight, height? That will determine your safe deficit range.

Being under is fine as long as you don't go under 1200 calories. Eating 1400 when you had an allowance of 1570 won't hurt you.

I think we can be honest with ourselves and know that there will probably be days where you overeat - because of this, I think it's fine to undereat some days, as long as you aren't hungry. Or feeling other symptoms of not eating enough, which aren't always hunger but fatigue, difficulty sleeping, headaches, nausea, etc. The fewer calories you eat, the more nutrient-dense they have to be.

Yup, as long as you're feeling healthy and hungry, tired, etc, you're probably fine. :)

Based on your numbers, you should be fine as long as you net at least 1200 calories, as others have stated above. Be sure to use a food scale, and weigh everything but true liquids such as milk.

if you use MFP numbers, you should eat back at least a portion of your exercise cals.

you have a deficit already built in, you don't need to create one with exercise.
