Starting my lean bulk in febuary and need a couple of easy diet plans . Can anyone give me a link or something?

Eat 250-500 kcals over maintenance. Decrease if gaining more than a lb per week.

Whatever your target weight...increase your protein grams to that amount. If you want to be 220lbs, consume 220 grams of protein daily0
