I'm male 5ft 7 weigh 10stone. My bmi is 21.9 and my ideal weight is between 8.6 - 11.4 stone... So I'm basically in the middle and doing good.... PROBLEM... I still look skinny, skinny wrists, legs, coverbone, nobble knees etc. I've been small all my life, when it was 15 I was under 1.2 mtrs in height and had steroid injections to make me grow. Worked cos I'm now 5ft 7.
my mates keep saying I need to put more weight on, but comment on the amount I eat (quite a lot) but if I'm at a heathy weight should I put weight on, don't get me wrong I'm trying to put weight on but ain't happening. I know eat more to put weight on but that's easier said then done without eating crap.
I no u can't make your wrist bigger cos it's bone but must by able to take the attention away from these areas
At the gym doing a lot of compound movements push days and pull days
My question or advice, should I stay the same and train harder or should I eat more

Take up a progressive lifting program. There's plenty online. If you're looking to bulk up, bulking and cutting phases, where you eat at a surplus and lift heavy, then go to a small deficit to cut the inevitable fat gains from bulking, may be in your best interest. The gaining weight forum might be better suited to answer specific questions though depending on your goals.0
