Need accountability and encouragement

I have been on here two years ago and lost 20 pounds and then lost sight of my goal gradually gained the weight right back and then some. So I'm back I weigh 278 and I want to be 250 by summer. Most importantly it has to be a lifestyle that I keep. I'm the Safety and Training Administrator for my company I feel that it's important that I also encourage healthy habits. Please help me meet my weight-loss goals and keep the weight off this time!
