I had not been doing much strength training due to...excuses. Finally did You Are Your Own Gym today and wow, what a workout! It should get me quite far until I can buy some weights. I highly reccommend the app, I think I paid $2 or $3 for it, no equipment needed. No more excuses from me!

One question, my wrists are so weak, I notice it during yoga and then today during seated dips. Is there something I can do to strengthen them specifically?
