Hello-

This is Mike, and I am searching for members to help me on this journey, and I can use tips and encouragement as I have about 150 lbs to reach goal. Any insight on what kind of exercise is better to start with, weights or cardio is much appreciated. Please friend request me. Thanks!

    Mix It up. Cardio 4-5 times a week and strength 2 times a week. Put all your food and drink on MFP and pay attention to nutrition information.
