Lose fat, gain muscle, and get stronger

Hi all,

I'm really excited to be a part of this community. I've been using MFP for a couple years now and I'm just now starting to get my diet together and be consistent with my workouts.

My goals are to lose fat, and gain muscle! I want to be the strongest and healthiest person I can be.

    same goals! it's been a really awesome experience for me working out over the last several months after 30 years of so NOT being a gym sort of person, and actually gaining an appreciation for having a strong and capable body, and wanting to make it moreso!
