Gotta restart. Feel fat

Hi. I logged all summer and def lost weight cuz my clothes were loser....after vacation in November the Christmas then January birthdays and having all these things trigger binge eating, im sure ive gained weight. I feel fat. My clothes bother me. Im negative....
I NEED to turn this around as i will be a bride in august. 6 months to shape up! I can do this! My goal is fat loss by logging 1600 calories. Avoiding but binge triggering foods....walks during all breaks at my office job 5 days a week. Weight routines at home 3 times week. Compound/abs; arms/shoulders; chest/back days. Weekend skating, sledding or skiing then switch to weekend biking in spring.
Im probably 150lbs. Im 5'9 and 35 years old with 1 kid.
My goal by Aug is to have my belly flattened and arms toned with hopefully a 5% fat deduction. Id say im 24% fat now...all in belly, boobs and arms.
Any tips? Does my plan sound attainable?
