Breakfast

I never ate breakfast as a teenager or an adult. If it did it was always either a donut on my bad days, or a chocolate protein breakfast shake on my good.
I'm a picky eater, and a texture eater. I hate oatmeal, and my eggs have to be cooked just so. Cereal has always been my savior, but the healthiest I've ever done is frosted flakes lmao.
I have a 6 month old too, so what are some quick easy things yall like to have for breakfast? Any cereals that are good without tasting like raisin brand meets gravel?

Why eat foods you don't enjoy? Sometimes I'll have a cup of leftover soup or almost any leftovers for breakfast. A half a sandwich might be nice..add in lettuce, tomato and protein of choice. A slice of toast with a spread of avocado and sliced tomatoes and salt is a favorite of mine. Love it! As far as healthier cereal..if you don't like oatmeal or raisin bran, I doubt you'll like shredded wheat. How about plain yogurt with fresh or frozen berries and a dash of honey? Skip the pre-flavored yogurts. Hard boiled egg? cottage cheese and pineapple?

    My breakfasts rotate between:

Eggs scrambled in the microwave, with some mushrooms, spinach, ham, tomato, cheese (maybe not all of these every time!)

Boiled egg with marmite soldiers, or asparagus spears

One slice toast with marmite and cottage cheese, or half an avocado and a squeeze of lime, or thinly sliced tomatoes and a piece of ham, or humous, or peanut butter.

    Smoked salmon or trout

    Overnight oats with berries

    Greek yoghurt with granola

    Bacon buttie at the weekend!
