Timing when to eat my calories back

My target (deficit) calorie intake is 1700/day. Three days a week, I do bodyweight training. On those days, I barely feel like eating 1700 calories, let alone the extra calories burned by my workout. The next day, I tend to feel hungrier and often eat the "workout" calories that day.
I have been feeling somewhat tired lately, and not doing as well in some of the bodyweight segments (esp. pushups). I was wondering if I'm not eating enough on my workout days to rebuild muscle, or is my current pattern ok?
