Hi everyone,
Iv been a fan of the spin bike since I started the gym last year now I have bought my own as I don't get time to go the gym. When I used it at the gym I noticed a difference to my legs quite rapidly ..after having few months away from the gym I started my spin bike at home first week 60 mins for 6 days and 2nd week Iv done it 5 times for the same amount of time I'm also quite active in work but not seeing even the slightest change which is making my motivation less each time . I stay off the bike now for two days a week try eating healthy , but hard as my partner doesn't, I do walks, what can I do feel like giving up. Feel free to add me thanks
