Not gaining it back !

2 years ago I made the difficult decision to get weight loss surgery. I was facing rising numbers in diabetes, increased insulin and a whole host of health issues. It was "NOT" the easy way out by any means. It did show me that a reduced caloric intake, volume and grazing techniques were the way to go.
However now, despite exercise and maintaining the same type of diet I am finding it creeping back. Albeit 5and then 10 lbs, but enough to alarm me. I don't want the scale to go back to where it was (60 lbs heavier). I do find i can eat more - they said the stomach will stretch again.
Has anyone experienced this ? Or have any suggestions to curtail this slippery slope ?
