I'm married, have a 4 & 5 year old and I work full time. I need to lose weight.

I set a goal to lose 50 pounds in 2016. Long term I want to lose 70-80 overall. I'm down 8 pounds so far in this January. I have had some knee issues so no exercise in January - but going to start out slow next week and and determined to get more active, though I'm not active at all now so anything will be better than nothing.

I want friends who are starting out, understand that this is a long term process and we can keep each other motivated when we get tired of only losing 1lb a week and feel like we will never get there. I want accountability buddies that want to start using their kids as a reason be healthier, not an excuse.

My food diary is public. I do try to log it all - even the bad days and my one cheat meal a week.

So that's me. Add me and we will keep each other accountable.
