Back on MFP to track for events

I haven't been on here in a few years, I have been using other tracking methods and I have been working out regularly (6 days a week, twice a day several days a week) the whole time I was gone. Just back to using this to track my meals to shake things up. I've been using some other things that worked well, but this worked great for me in the past too. Anyway, I doubt anyone will read this far since there are so many new posts a day. Haha

  • I made it all the way through ;) I really like this app as well. It keeps me accountable for the things I eat.

    Haha. Thanks for reading that all the way through. I love tracking meals and being accountable, I use Instagram to keep myself accountable (to a bunch of people I don't really know) for my workouts. Going to use that philosophy on here again, since right now I'm only accountable to myself with my meals.

    Still looking for some accountability friends on here. I am mainly focused on cutting body fat, not worried as much about my actual weight since I am still building muscle. BF% is my focus.
