2 stone down, yeah baby!

After starting training 5 days a week and restricting myself to 1650 calories a day Since 1st Nov I am over moon to have at last lost 2 stones. Less chubby faced photo update on profile. Just want to say thanks to everyone whos posts, your stories have kept me positive throughout. Take care one and all. Now for the next 2 stone and being a healthy bmi.

    Hi sblueyez, yup went and bought sone nice new clothes to replace some now baggy old stuff. New running shoes too seeing I'm regularly doing 5 milers. Thanks for the post. Wish I'd joined this app years ago, loving it!
