CA POST Physical Agility Test (anyone here have experience)

Hey, I'm scheduled to take my PELLETB and PAT for the Sacramento Sheriff's Department in a couple weeks, and I'm hoping that I get accepted to the academy. Does anyone here have academy experience, cause from what I read, the POST exit physical test is harder than the agency's entrance PAT.
