Help needed please

Hi just starting out.. If I'm making a meal ie making sausages in gravy made with 2knorr stock cube chopped onions salt pepper mixed up and 15g cornflour to thicken it up.. But I'm not eating it all only a portion so how am I best tracking that? Thanks in advance

I log it as a recipe and divide it up into even portions, then put that in as a serving. So if you get 4 portions you put the recipe as 4 servings. Even if you eat 1 and a half portion, you log 1.5 serving.0 -
I weight and cal count for each ingredient. I then weight the finished product. Divide the weight by how any servings I want (I base servings on how many calories I'd like in an average meal). Set that number of servings in the recepie. I then change the name to tomato soup 300g serv.0
