Drink help!?!?

I'm soooo used to just stopping by the store on my way to work (daycare teacher) and grabbing a fountain drink and a snack because once I get there I can't leave my room to get anything until my lunch at 1:30... I need some healthy alternatives for a drink to get/take to work but don't want shakes all the time! Also would love some input on meal replacement shakes I can buy pre made I don't have time to make them everyday! :/

I would get a fountain drink, but a diet one.

    Or just some water.

Find a tea you love! My go to is a pecan pie herbal tea from a local store :) I'm not trying to advertise here, but I am in love with the Swell' brand water bottles because they keep my tea hot for around 12-16 hours! Or you could try infused water!

Water water water! Did I mention water? But then again, I'm weird, I love the taste of ice cold water, especially if I have a straw. Not everyone is a water fan. But they do sell alot of different water flavors now. Or sparkling water if you enjoy the fizzy taste of soda.

Also...my go to snacks that I always have in the fridge/cupboard are:

Fiber One bars (90-130 cals depending on variety)
Roasted Almonds (250 cals for a packet - this is more of a "forgot my lunch, gotta hang in there" snack lol)
Mini-babybel cheeses (80 calories and very satisfying flavor)
Celery sticks with a wedge of Laughing Cow swiss (50 cal total)
Baby carrots preportioned (50 cals for 5 ounces)
Clementines (2 fruits for 70 calories)
    Apples (80-100 cals)
Aaand my newest fave, Oikos Triple Zero yogurt, packing both fiber and protein for 120 cals.

Aside from the yogurt, these all have the advantage of being relatively stable at room temp for a few hours at minimum - I stay away from meat and eggs for snacks because I like to bring them to work and keep them at my desk.

I'm not really a shake person...I enjoy chewing too much!! But I do have a Vitamix that makes fantastic whole fruit/whole veg smoothies with lots of fiber. If you're a blender fan, maybe smoothies with a scoop of protein powder would work?

I drink flavored waters all the time and am wanting to mix things up a bit!
And unfortunately I'm not a fan of tea I know shame me being from East Texas and not caring for tea!
