I'm just wondering what other people do when they are sick and happen to throw up what they've eaten.. Do you guys still accounts for all of the calories or do you remove some of the food from your daily log??? Or is there another method you use?

Even when you throw up, your body is getting at least *some* of the calories and nutrients in the food that you eat. So I leave it in the log. If I do feel better later, I might eat some more food and just log that too.

If you have the flu, though, I hope you don't worry too much about it, and try to just get enough food and liquids to fuel your recovery. Worry about it again when you are better!0

When I've had the flu I've had such a diminished appetite that calorie intake was NOT an issue. At all. I certainly wouldn't be concerned with logging.
Listen to your body. Don't force yourself to eat if you're throwing up.0
