Been here, done this before... striving for this time to be different and to keep it that way...

My About Me is as follow:

I am not new, I am just returning. I din't fall off the wagon, I threw myself and kept myself on the ground. NOW, I am refocused and ready to not only jump back on the wagon but to become the damn conductor of such ;)

A lil about myself: I don't diet, I never have and I never will, I simply eat what I want when I want it but in moderation. I don't workout because I want to be skinny, I do so because I find it to be the best antidepressant there is. I don't have a weight goal nor do I have a size goal, what I do have is a complete health goal, to become the person I am meant to be: mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Looking to expand my circle... but before you think about adding me, know that the most consistent thing I do is to be inconsistent...

    I have no weight "goals" I don't diet. I workout ... Because it helps my add and depression.
    I do want to gain strength in get back to my previous fit self. I'm tracking my macros to make sure I'm getting what I need for the best results.

    I need to more consistent. :)
