Fat, carbs, and protein numbers

I am trying to eat clean... Eat a lot of veggies an trying to get protein tho I'm having a hard time with that... And low amounts of carbs just from veggies an oatmeal every once in awhile.
I have been checking my nutrient graph thing on mfp and it shows a lot of fat more fat than carbs or protein... I eat avocado in small amounts and use olive oil on veggies? Not sure what I should do . Is to much healthy fat bad. I'm trying to lose not gain !0 -

Fat is only going to be bad for you if it's crowding out other things that you need -- like protein. It sounds like that may be happening. If that's the case, you can look at your diary and identify the foods that are highest in fat grams and eat a bit less of those and more foods with protein. You can either eat more of the high protein foods you're already eating or -- if you need ideas -- search for "protein." There are tons of threads with suggestions for how to get more protein.
If you want more specific advice, try opening your diary so other people can see what you're eating.0 -
Ok thanks I will go open that now! I'm not a big meat eater so I have definatly not been doing well on the protein but I thought I was doing pretty good with everything else! Maybe not' I'm going to open my diary now! Thanks so much for your reply!!0
