Anyone that only need small weight loss? 10to15lbs?

137yrs old, 5'3. Started at 134pnds. Now 125, with 5 more pnds to go. Not toned at all. Will doing a few sets of crunches a day actually do anything?? I dont want to join a gym.i hate them.

    you can search the net for different types of challenges. You could do a 30 day plank challenge and a 30 pushup challenge. Those would help you get toned. losing those last pounds is about logging accurately and keeping yourself in a deficit. whether is 5 or 50lbs, its all about the deficit. :smiley: Good Luck.

    I was 185, now 145 and aiming for 130.

    I don't believe you need a gym membership although I have one. Doing some basic exercises will make all the difference. Squats, lunges, pushups, burpees etc. Check out some HIIT videos on youtube and they'll make you hard as a rock in no time :)
