MFP has me at 1200 calories. When I followed it two years ago, I did lose quickly, but I think it may have been too low for me. What is everyone's calorie intake? I know it's personal, but I think 1200 is really low. Thoughts?

Work out your tdee and eat 500 below it, if it still feels too low raise it by 100.0

For me, it would be way too low. How many pounds per week did you tell MFP that you want to lose? For many women, anything over 1 pound will give them a 1200 goal. For me, 1 pound per week would give me a 1250 goal and I'm not exactly teeny tiny. Keep in mind that MFP's goal is increased when you add your exercise, and you are supposed to eat your exercise calories. But also consider lowering your weekly weight loss goal if 1200 seems prohibitively low.0
