No Energy

I finally feel like I'm on the right track. I've been logging everything. And mostly been staying close to my calorie goal of 1500. I'm working out 3-4 times a week (Yoga, Zumba, Hiking). My clothes fit better. I've lost 4.6 lbs since Jan 1st. The only problem is that I have no energy. By the time I get home from work the last thing I want to do is change and go to the gym or do anything more than sit on the couch and watch TV.
Starting weight Jan 1st: 136
Current weight Jan 27th: 131.4
Goal Weight: 112-120
Height 5'0"
My diary is open. Looking for some feedback on what I can do differently to increase my energy.
Thank you.

I would personally try to up my protein intake a bit if I were you. Also, you don't have that much weight to lose, and 4.6 lbs is a little over a lb a week - which is fine, but you could definitely get away with .5 lb per week, which will allow you to eat more calories, which could potentially help with your energy levels.
Are you getting enough sleep?
It could also just be the time of year (if you're in the northern hemisphere) - my energy is always zapped in winter, even when I'm not cutting calories. I compensate by drinking copious amounts of coffee.0 -

I'm not really trying to lose over 1lb per week. It just seems to be what's happening. If I set my goal at .5 lbs a week MFP has me eating 1260 calories a day. Which is just not sustainable. I tried eating at my TDEE, which is 1380, but was having trouble with that. I'm having more success at 1500, I would be fine with .5 lbs a week.
I live in AZ, so this is our season to spend time outside, I think I'm getting enough sunlight.
I will try adding in an extra protein shake and upping my calories to 1600 everyday to see if that helps. Thank you for the suggestions.0 -
I am an entirely different person from the summer to the winter. Right now, I have no energy, am sleepy, have no motivation. In the summer I'm the energizer bunny! Sometimes water consumption dips in winter because it's cold, so ensure you're hydrated. As someone mentioned, good sleep is extremely important. I take add'l Vit D and find it helps with energy levels in the winter. The others' suggestions are great too.0

You could get your iron levels checked.0

First thing, make sure you are getting enough sleep. I know it sounds obvious, but today's busyness, it can honestly be really tough to do.
I also take vitamin B, I find it helps my energy levels, especially in the morning when it's hardest for me to function.0 -
Would you consider taking a multivitamin for a while to see if it helps? Sometimes when people go on extremely low calorie diets they miss out on some nutrients and a multi can be cheap insurance.0

I get about 6-9 hours of sleep per night. Sometimes I wake up ok, sometimes I sleep snooze through my alarm for an hour. I take Vit B & Vit D.
I am bad about taking my multi-vitamin. But I will make sure I take it everyday to see if it helps. I don't think my insurance covers vitamins. I'm willing to do whatever I need to be a healthier me.0
