Hi,
From two dvds that both burn around same calories the difference is one is 30mins the other is 60mins which is healthier & better overall? Thanks

Neither is better or worse than the other if you define "better" as "burning more calories per DVD." The 30 minute DVD is better if you define "better" as "number of calories burned per hour." If you consider "better" to be something else, I don't know.0

Well the 30 minute workout will be twice as intense that's why it's half the time. If you think you can do it give it a shot.0

Burning calories for the sake of burning calories never made sense to me. If you’re already eating at a deficit, then the exercise should be focused on what you want to accomplish in other fitness modalities. It should help you understand how to set the right goals (and you don’t have to be over 40 to benefit).
