Hey there everyone, I am glad I found this app as it makes it so much
Easier to track my fitness goals. I love working out. But The past year
I became more passionate about it and see where I can truly learn how
To get to my best shape. I am an artist/film-maker my body should reflect
My mind.
My goals are to gain muscle and weight. It's hard sometimes to eat correct
On a busy Schedule and on a low budget at times. I hope I can learn a lot
More. Cause Fitness should never be a New Years resolution it should
Be a life long solution.

bulk cooking could be your friend. Sometimes it is easier to cook a larger quantity of food (and cheaper) and then freeze it or eat it for more than one meal. Leftovers are my friend when I'm busy. I just make enough dinner one night to feed the family - and then I take the leftovers a couple days for lunch......Or if your single - freeze meals.0

awesome Idea. I need to set one of my days off to do like a prep cooking that my restaurant does. Thanks for the reply.0
